Join us as we dive deep into the art of Bean-to-Bar chocolate making!
Learn about the origins of cacao while having a hands-on experience with the chocolate making process. In this class you will actively learn how to: Roast, Crack, Winnow, Refine, Conch, Temper & Mold exquisite Bean-to-Bar chocolate. we will also discuss recipe development, troubleshooting, equipment use & where to purchase materials. There will also be an open question period towards the end of the class where you can ask the instructor questions regarding chocolate making, cacao cultivation & other related topics. Coffee, tea & chocolate will also be served during this time.
